RETURN POLICY

We do not accept returns or exchanges.
All sales are final. 

ONLINE SHOPPING POLICY

Orders are typically ready for pickup same-day during business hours, Wednesday through Saturday from 10 - 5.
All items must be picked up within 5 business days of purchase.
A storage fee of $10 a day will be charged for each item that is not picked up within the 5 business days.
If merchandise is not picked up within 10 business days, it will become property of the store and will be disposed of at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for providing any necessary moving supplies and loading assistance, as this will not be provided by Miss Fitz.
SHIPPING IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME, WE ARE OPERATING WITH IN STORE PICKUP ONLY.

COUNTERFEIT DESIGNER GOODS

Miss Fitz does not sell counterfeit designer goods. Items that cannot be verified by our research or the owner's documentation will not be marked in for sale.
 

Our pledge to our Consignors and Customers:

If you buy a counterfeit designer item at our shop we will refund your money AND replace the item with a similar, authentic item from Miss Fitz. 
Repeated attempts to consign counterfeit goods result in termination of account.
